SteelSeries World of Warcraft MMO Gaming Mouse: Legendary Edition review
This mouse might have a bit of a mouthful of a name, but it's made by a company that takes gaming very seriously. This isn't a mouse for just working on spreadsheets – it has been designed with input from professional gaming teams such as SK Gaming and Fnatic Team. While it's an officially licensed World of Warcraft mouse, its extra buttons and the ability to map commands and key presses to the buttons makes it suitable for MMO and RTS games. The SteelSeries World of Warcraft MMO Gaming Mouse: Legendary Edition is ergonomically designed and feels comfortable to use, with all 11 buttons easily accessible. On desk surfaces it doesn't feel as responsive as day-to-day optical mice do, so needs a mouse pad. While this might seem like a step backwards, if you're serious about PC gaming then you're going to want to have a gaming mouse pad. When used with one of these, the precision and response of the SteelSeries World of Warcraft MMO Gaming Mouse: Legendary Edition was excellent.Looks-wise this isn't going to be to everyone's taste – especially if you're not much of a World of Warcraft fan.

WoW Cataclysm MMO Gaming Mouse
If you are a serious, dedicated WoW gamer, you probably already own a specialized mouse; after all, a regular boring mouse just doesn't offer enough features to help you maximize your time in Azeroth. But if you're still resting your hand on a boring, three button hunk of junk, or if you're starting to wonder if it's time to upgrade your existing MMO mouse, take a closer look at the SteelSeries World of Warcraft Cataclysm MMO Gaming Mouse, a peripheral as useful as its name is long. What is it? A seriously pimpin' mouse designed specifically to work with World of Warcraft. It obviously works like a normal mouse, but its main shtick is that it interfaces with the World of Warcraft game and enables players to very easily set up their mouse, which boasts 14 fully customizable buttons, in a way that is completely personalized to their playstyle. Pros Cons Is it worth buying? As a hardcore WoW player, I'd say yes. If your gaming time equates to multiple hours a week, investing in a controller that boosts reaction times by cutting down on keyboard button presses and potential targeting issues, and literally adds a ton of new one-button macro tricks to your repertoire is worth the admittedly steep price of admission.

If you are a World of Warcraft fanatic, which I'm sure there are at least a few million of you, SteelSeries has paired up with Blizzard to create the ultimate MMO mouse. The World of Warcraft Cataclysm MMO Gaming Mouse ($99.99 direct) has all the buttons, software, and bonus features to make any WoW junkie salivate at this niche-mouse. The SteelSeries MMO Gaming Mouse ($99.99 direct) looks like its straight out of Azeroth, its armored-plated design rings harmoniously with the rise of Deathwing and the fanciful theme of Warcraft. The top of the mouse is made of plastic that is painted and molded to look like copper-plated armor - it even has a slightly worn look. The sides of the mouse have a soft rubberized plastic that is comfortable to the touch and good for gripping. It measures over 4 1/2-inches at its widest point, 2 2/3-inches at its highest point, and 5 1/3-inches long; a little on the bulky side. Buttons abound in this mouse, there are a total of 14 that can be customized (mouse buttons included). There are 5 on the left side, two that can act as designated browser buttons. There's one awkwardly placed button on the right side that is slightly sunken in that you're not sure if the click registers.
