Ozone has a track record of making low-priced gaming headsets that can sometimes shape up to be pretty interesting products. Will the Attack be a bargain buy for gamers on a budget? Find out in our review. Design and build quality can be the first things to go out of the window in low-cost headsets. In an attempt to save as much cash as possible, manufacturers inevitably opt for sub-standard materials, a dodgy assembly and finish, and poor-quality paint jobs which look cheap and rarely stand the test of time. In fact, we're only too familiar with those 'silver-effect' paint jobs that start to flake off after just a few days' use. Ozone has taken a different approach to things, however, and the result is pretty good. The matte black and red casing feels sturdy and well-made, and the design is decent too—so long as you don't mind the colour scheme. The product assembly feels robust, as does the fabric stitching. The Attack therefore doesn't disappoint in this field. That said, the leatherette couldn't look less like leather if it tried, and it seems to be the kind of material to which time and regular use will do no favours.
