Halfway between a portable video player and GPS, the Mio Moov Spirit V735TV certainly offers a lot of features. With its giant 7'' screen, it's a lot larger than the majority of navigation devices we test, but it has the same great features as the rest of the Spirit line. In fact, it has the same general specs as the Mio Moov Spirit 500. The Mio Moov Spirit V735 TV has a similar design to the Spirit 500, with glossy black plastic around a matte screen and silvery plastic finish for the back. However, that's where the similarities end, as the V735 TV is a lot bigger than its predecessor. Fitting a 7'' screen means it is 64 mm wider and 20 mm taller, but just 2 mm thicker. Most of that extra thickness is taken up with a TV tuner and the storage for the collapsable antenna. There is just 1 GB of internal memory, which is apparently enough to hold the maps of 23 European countries that it includes. There's also a MicroSD card slot and a mini USB port for adding more maps. A headphone jack is also used to act as an antenna for TMC data, while a wall adaptor is provided to charge the battery. The V735 TV doesn't have Bluetooth, so you can't use this model as an alternative handsfree kit for your mobile or look up information using Google.
