On the drop down menu select 'CUST_DISK' then press the download button. Then plug your phone in. Wait. Then on the second time when you have edited your CUST: Press 'upload' on the left. Do the same with the first 'browse' button and on the second open your edited CUST. Select 'CUST_DISK' from the arrow and select upload. Plug your phone. INSTRUCTIONS: Preparations: Take battery and sim card out of phone 1) Extract the rar into a folder, open the 'copy to c drive' folder and copy the whole LG folder to the root of your C drive. 2) Open LGUTILS folder, then open the program type this; (enter after every line) D \\.\USB1 C:\LG\KP500.FLB CUST (after you press enter now, plug in your LG cookie quickly to USB you have a few seconds!) 3) That will take 10 mins (about).
