Samsung LN40B650 Trailing / Blurring / Smearing Issue (Higher Res Lower FPS)

I have a Samsung LN40B650 LCD HDTV and like it so far, but am having trailing/blurring issues. It has a stated "4ms response time" and I am running at it's native 1080p res. The blurring is not inherent in the source; It did not blur on my last LCD TV (one that was about half the price too) and it blurs/trails with my other sources DVD, HD Cable programming etc. I have tried every default setting (standard, dynamic, etc) I have tried turning on game mode and have tried every 120hz setting (Smooth, Clear, and even Custom with blur reduction set to 10.) So far the only way I have been able to lessen, but not eliminate, the blurring of dark objects has been to turn on game mode and increase the brightness of the screen so that dark objects are no longer dark, but that can only go so far until my eyes start to hurt. So far the best settings have been: Game mode: on, Mode: standard, backlight 6, contrast 90, brightness 45, sharpness 0, color 45, tint g50/r50, black tone: off, dynamic contrast high, gamma +3, color space auto, white balance default, flesh tone 0, edge enhancement off, color tone normal, size: screen fit, digital NR off, HDMI black level: normal, film mode:(grayed out: off), blue only: off, auto motion plus: (grayed out: off.) Have tried talking to Samsung Via Email but their first response wasn't much help. I will try to call them too and send them a link to this video to let them know what I am talking about. Anyone else experience this with a 6 or 7 Series ...

So after much back and forth testing and retesting I have been able to lessen the smearing Issue, but clearly it is not gone. Samsung LN40B650 Text Becomes Unsharp Depending on Color (Mostly Reds & Greens)

I was able to correct this by using the first HDMI port labeled "HDMI/DVI" Then changing it's name to "DVI PC." Supposedly what this does is take away some processing that the TV does that caused the text to unsharpen. Too bad it was such an obscure fix; I mean changing its name is a stupid way of doing it, there should just be a PC MODE option.
