Latest news: I have bought the Western Digital TV HUB from best buy and this thing is amazing. Over the next few days I will be creating a tutorial and explaining how that system works. It even has an internal 1TB hard drive and capabilities to attach a 2 TB external hard drive. WOW! New: I have tested the WD TV Live plus and it works flawlessly with the new update. Right now I am heading back to bestbuy to get the WD TV Live HUB. which is the same as the TV live plus but it has 1TB hard drive internally. I will test this system out too and see if it works perfectly. New Edit: Right now I am testing this hardware for cinavia protection. As you may know cinavia is getting much tougher on the PS3. To make sony understand we dont want this anymore, we need to buy other systems in their face. I am testing the Western Digital WD TV Live Plus HD Media Player 1st Gen - model: WDBABX0000NBK with the latest firmware already updated. In a matter of hours I will let you know if the system is a go, and will post a new video showing proof and a link for the good update file. So hurry and buy these systems before they get updated with cinavia protection. The only thing we got left to do is to buy a system for watching movies and use the PS3 for games only. Just a quick review of the lg bd570. Pretty good all around player, and alot of convient features. I have not had any problems yet, but ive only had this player for about a week. Again this player is not 3D compatiable nor will it ever be, but 3D shouldnt be afforadable for another few years anyways so that didnt bother me. As of all the other wifi built-in blu ray players i think this is the best 1 on the market currently, but thats because i wasnt a fan of the sony 1, and the samsung had to many bad reviews to get it. If u have any questions or concerns, comment and i will respond.

FYI: The hdd's I am mentioning as "fried" were 1 Seagate 1.5TB "LP" series, 1 Seagate 1TB "LP" series, both 3.5", latest gen and connected with a Fantec case via USB (using their own external power supply) and finally a 2.5" WD Scorpio blue 500GB connected with an AC-Ryan case via USB (powered through the USB port). I never plugged or unplugged any USB device with the player powered on! This video was made with a Sony DRC-HC17E camcorder. The footage is 100% original and un-edited, except for the voice over I added to provide better quality regarding my comments/description. The original audio captured with my camcorder is still audible in the backround. So far LG has done nothing to adress ANY of the issues mentioned or shown in these videos. I hope posting the sad truth about their product will shake them and wake them up.
