Product Survey: 30'' to 39'' TVs
This TV is the 32 inch version of the LG 42LH5010 that we have tested. It's an exact copy apart from one detail: TruMotion is here limited to 100 Hz rather than 200 Hz. Expect a little more ghosting on fast-moving objects then. For the rest, its spec is identical on all points to the model tested and we can therefore expect to find the same results on this model. Sometimes however, manufacturers do equip different sized versions differently with different panels. If this is the case, the results published here will not apply to the different panels. Contrast, black levels, colours and ghosting would then all be subject to notable differences on different panels. And for those who use the same panel for all sizes, they give strictly identical results, except for brightness which can vary very slightly from one size to another, which can affect contrast. We have been able to check this in testing and our results have been confirmed by those manufacturers we have consulted on the subject. .
