Jerusalem is the capita of Israel [neutrality is disputed] and, if including the area and population of East Jerusalem, its largest city in both population and area, with a population of 763800 residents over an area of 125.1 km2 (48.3 sq mi). Located in the Judean Mountains, between the Mediterranean Sea and the northern edge of the Dead Sea, modern Jerusalem has grown far beyond the boundaries of the Old City. Jerusalem is a holy city to the three main Abrahamic religions - Judaism, Christianity and Islam. In Judaism, Jerusalem is the holiest city and has been the spiritual center of the Jewish people since, according to the Torah, King David of Israel first established it as the capital of the united Kingdom of Israel in c. 1000 BCE, and his son Solomon commissioned the building of the First Temple in the city. In Christianity, Jerusalem has been a holy city since, according to the New Testament, Jesus was crucified in c. 30 CE and 300 years later Saint Helena found the True Cross in the city. In Islam, Jerusalem is the third-holiest city, and has been a holy city since, according to the Quran, it become the focal point for Muslim Salah (prayers), known as the First Qibla, in 610 CE, and Mohammed made his Night Journey to the city ten years later. As a result, and despite having an area of only 0.9 square kilometer (0.35 square mile), the Old City is home to sites of key religious importance, among them the Temple Mount, the Western Wall, the Church of the Holy ...

Echmiadzin, also Echmiatsin, Etchmiadzin, Ejmiatsin is the spiritual centre of Armenia and the seat of the Catholicos of All Armenians, the head of the Holy Armenian Apostolic Church. It is the most populous city in Armavir province, about 20 km west of Yerevan. The 1989 census counted the population of Echmiadzin as 61000; it has declined considerably since: 56388 in the 2001 census, and an estimated 52757 in 2008. The town originated as Vardkesavan or Vardgesavan in the 4th or 3rd century BC. King Vagharsh (117-140) had the name changed to Vagharshapat which still persists as the official appellation of the town. Several decades later the town became the capital of Armenia and remained the country's most important city until the 4th century AD. Over the centuries the city has borne several other names, including: Avan Vardgesi, Artemed, Iejmiatsin, Kaynepolis, Kayrak'aghak', Norak'aghak', Uch'k'ilisa, Üçkilise, and Valeroktista. Historically, the focal point of the town is the Echmiadzin Cathedral, the oldest in the world. It was originally built by Saint Gregory the Illuminator as a vaulted basilica in 301-303, when Armenia was the only country in the world the state religion of which was Christianity. According to the 5th-century Armenian annals, St. Gregory had a vision of Christ descending from heaven and striking the earth with a golden hammer to show where the cathedral should be built. Hence, the patriarch gave the church and the town the new name of Echmiadzin ...

A short film using dome of the images from a new book called Dressing for Pleasure, by Jonny Trunk. AtomAge magazine was the underground bible of leather, rubber and vinyl fetish wear throughout the 1970s. Founded, designed and published by John Sutcliffe as a way of showcasing his extraordinary clothing designs, it quickly became a focal point for explorers of every kind of fledgling clothing scene. For it's readers AtomAge was both an instruction manual and a mirror. The experimental clothing, including items made by the readers themselves, transformed a passion for a sexual kink into a cult phenomenon. From motorbiking and mask wearing, to mudlarking and wading worship: AtomAge covered every conceivable wrinkle. The photographs reflect an age of amateur enthusiasm, before fetish became the industry it is today, inadvertently depicting a suburbia from which Dressing for Pleasure was a necessary escape. These outrageous costumes were an inspiration to a new generation of fashion designers, many have since been assimilated into high-end collections. Compiling the most astonishing imagery from all thirty-two issues of this now rare and sought after cult magazine, Dressing for Pleasure illustrates not just Sutcliffe's exceptional designs, but also, through their own photography and writing, the very fantasies and desires of the AtomAge followers.

FD7141 is a professional vandal proof and weather proof outdoor fixed dome. It integrates all the elements needed for outdoor security into a compact package. FD7141 is shielded from dust and water with an IP66 rated housing and can fit in high-risk environments due to its vandal resistant design. And, in order to operate in harsh temperature conditions, we also build heater and fan inside FD7141. Talking about video quality, FD7141 adopts a wide dynamic range CMOS sensor to take care of challenging lighting conditions. And it also provides true day and night functionality with a removable IR-cut filter and built-in IR illuminators. The vari-focal lens enables you to adjust focal length according to your needs. Apart from a concrete housing and high video quality, FD7141 also provides several advanced features including dual streams, power over Ethernet, 3GPP, two-way audio by SIP protocol, SD card slot for local storage, and HTTPS encryption to ensure data transmission security. To sum up, I think its one of the very best models that VIVOTEK has built. In terms of specification, quality and price, VIVOTEK FD7141 is definitely the camera of choice for any outdoor applications.

Unsurprisingly, the Jerusalem UFO incident has now been shown to be a hoax created using off the shelf special effects software, there were glitches in the videos that gave away what they had done, and the maker has now admitted it was a hoax. As always the simplist explanation is usually the best. It's a good reminder though, that now so many of us carry video enabled mobile phones, any incident such as this should have had hundreds of witnesses including CCTV cameras, and most of these witness would have made themselves very available to be interviewed, and that just has not happened. In general, if aliens were visiting the earth in a way that we could actually see, by now in 2011, we would have a lot of strong video footage, and we just haven't had that. A good breakdown as to why its a fake with links to further detail: www.space.com Video evidence of hoax is here: www.youtube.com Still even if there had were hundreds of witnesses, I would suggest the technology below could be used to create such an effect on a large scale. As soon as I saw this I started thinking Laser Plasma. This is the technology whereby a series/array of lasers set up at different angles to a given focal point can, at the point they all intersect, heat up the air to the point where it becomes a glowing plasma. Moving the lasers to change the focal point enables the display of images, let alone just moving a dot up and down. This Japanese company, Burton Inc. in association with Japanese National ...
