www.vlsstudio.com This is a test video of Canon HF200, it has a great picture at the day light, but those who are looking a good quality at night go with the Canon VIXIA HF-S10 (or HF-S100 (same thing, one has 32GB internal memory and the other don't) ), because this one does a really bad job at night. (that's why I'm returning it to the store!) I was shooting at 30p FPS, and I tried some of the effects camera has. (not bad what do you think?)

This is a stunning film in full 1080p HD that I created of New York City during night time, using my Canon Vixia HF S21 along with my WD-H58 wide angle lens attachment. I color corrected and changed the aspect ratio to 2.35:1 to give this video the ultimate film look. This video features amazing professional shots of the city streets, time lapse, and of course, unsurpassed quality. I shot using my wide angle lens at 24 MBPS or MXP for best results. I also used a high speed memory card to compensate the high bit rate. I used Final Cut Pro 7 to edit and add the color correction. Day & Night City Life - Canon Vixia HF S21 / S20 / S200 Low Light

This is an amazing short film in full 1080p of Boston, in Massachusetts. This film features remarkable shots of Boston city at night, during the day, the city horizon, and more. This film was shot, created, and produced by HiiDefintion. I also created a custom sound track to fit this film perfectly. I got these outstanding shots using my new Canon Vixia HF S21 / S20 / S200 with a UV filter and a wide angle lens (WD H58), using MXP (24Mbps) mode and cinema mode at 24p frames per second. Most of these shots were taken at the waters edge, on top of skyscrapers, and within Boston. I edited this short film using Final Cut Express 4.0.1. and I color corrected most of the film to give this video a cinematic feel. Film Look (24p) - Canon Vixia HF S21 / S20 / S200 & WD H58 Wide Angle Lens

This is an amazing short film of the shores of New York coast in stunning, pristine Full 1080p HD at 24p. This video features remarkable shots of the ocean waves in slow motion, cinematic resolution, film style quality and feel, and more. This film was shot by HiiDefinition with the Canon Vixia HF S21 along with a wide angle lens converter, model WD-H58. I also used a couple of filters to enhance the picture. This video also shows how the ordinary shots can be turned into the up most extraordinary with color correction and proper cinematic aspect ratio. All the slow motion shots were captured at 60i, and then the frame rate was cut in half to create slow motion images. I edited this video in Final Cut Pro 7, and I distorted each clip by negative 33% to give the proper 2.35:1 aspect ratio. Shot on HF S100 at 60i, converted to 60p then slowed in vegas using method #2 found at eugenia.gnomefiles.org Best results so far. Watch www.youtube.com about half way through to see this clip at normal speed. The slow-mo doesn't look amazing in this clip just by itself, but in comparison to the speed of the origional clip, I think it is actually pretty decent. Idk if it can be improved or not. Maybe...

Random test shots at the beach from Canon HF-S100, canon 0.7x wide angle lens, lens hood scaled from 1920x1080 30p (MXP 24mbps) to 720p for youtube. Optical stabilization turned on. No special color modes. Wide angle lens looks better than most filter lenses ive used (its a heavy glass lens ... 80mm at one end, 58mm on the camera end), however, seems to be some color distortion in very bright scenes.

Just a quick video for a subscriber requesting my EDC system. Very simple and basic compared to others, but I'm not the type to carry more than I actually need on an everyday basis. The system consist basically of my wallet, car keys, spyderco tenacious, maratac AAA flashlight, Kimber Pro CDP in a El Paso saddlery high ride holster, spare wilson combat 8rnd magazine in a galco holster. Also wearing a Marathon JSAR watch with stainless band. Video was shot with the Canon HF S10 camcorder at 24Mbps and 30fps with adjusted white balance.
