COMMENTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE CAN'T LEAVE A GOOD THING ALONE. This system was not built with crossfire/SLI as a consideration so the point is MOOT! This system has ONE EXTREMELY HIGH END video card. If he wants to do crossfire/SLI in the future, then we'll rebuild on a board that supports it. This system is rock solid stable and built for a user that doesn't give a rat's ass whether he can run 3 video cards or not. And since he's not going to be overclocking the crap out of it, it will probably last him for YEARS before we have to rebuild. If he had said that he wanted to spend $3000, or if money wasn't a consideration on a computer system then we might have considered it, although we probably would have just gone with ONE gtx480 instead. I have not built a crossfire system, but I have dealt with SLI in the nforce 5 days, and it's my opinion that the headaches aren't worth the bragging rights, or the extra money thrown away.
