To sum up the key features of the reference design, Nvidia decided to go with 768 CUDA cores along with a 925 MHz Core Clock Speed, 5400 MHz memory frequency, and 1GB of GDDR5 VRAM. Now the Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti is powered by the same GK106 GPU that was first implemented in the GeForce GTX 660.
