The reason being is they just don’t work as good as towered coolers. What if I told you there was a horizontal, low profile cooler that will not only fit over your RAM with high heat spreaders, but also provide decent cooling power. The Cooler Master Gemin II S524 is a CPU cooler that has all of that and more. Read on further to see what all it has in store. Special thanks to Cooler Master for providing us with the Gemin II S524 CPU Cooler to review. The S524 comes in a thin and wide package, just like the cooler itself. The package coloring follows the cooler master color scheme of white and purple around the entirety of the box. The front of the package includes a large image of the cooler along with some basic product information. A little more detail can be found on the rear of the box, which includes the information in several languages. The cooler is well protected inside the thin cardboard box by two pieces of soft foam.
