Crysis Gameplay on an ATi Radeon HD 6870

15.0 min.

Crysis on a 6870 Crysis gameplay on a 6870 All one in the same. This is me playing Crysis for the first time in my life. I watched my friend play for the first 20 minutes of the game, though. I have a new Radeon 6870, before this my most high-end card was a $40 9500GT from nVidia. I gotta tell you, both companies are awesome, but I do like nVidia's drivers more. AMD just has too good of a pricepoint to beat, though. No bias from me, I like both! I'm keeping this around for a good, long time. The framerate VERY RARELY dips below 30, and that's only when it saves. This is while recording, too--it takes an average of 15 or so frames per second off the game. It runs damn smooth without fraps. Max setings. System Specs: Windows 7 (64 bit) Asus EVO/USB3 M4A88TD motherboard 750GB Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPMHDD (It's gonna die, I just know it) AMD Phenom II Black Edition x4 @ 3.2 Ghz 4GB DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) G.SKILL Trident RAM (This is, too.) XFX ATi Radeon HD 6870 1GB DDR5 ThermalTake 850W PSU Cooler Master 932 HAF AMD edition. (Was on sale for an insanely good price, don't mock it.) So yeah. Have fun with the video, I hope youtube doesn't kill the quality of it. And don't accuse me of being an AMD fanboy. I'd gladly have taken Intel had they not been more expensive/more restrictive with their slot type. And I'm sorry, but the 6870 is just amazing for its price point. competing with the GTX470 for 2/3 of the price? Sign me the hell up.

Review: Asus M4A88TD-V EVO USB3

9.25 min.

The Asus M4A88TD-V EVO USB3 is for someone who wants to be future proof, yet restricted by budget. When you go AMD, you are generally regarded as an AMD fanboy, or you know that AMD provides better value to Intel or you know that ATI and AMD goes well together. AMD 880G Chipset AMD SB850 Southbridge Chipset EPU(energy saving processor) Core unlocker Turbo V key THIS BOARD HAS ANTI SURGE PROTECTION! This is a really cool feature and one of a kind with innovation from ASUS. Highly recommended that you pair this motherboard with an ATI graphics card because you can run Hybrid Crossfire on this motherboard with a 34XX series card. Support for USB3 and SATA 6Gbps. Of course, you're sure that you're future proofed. It is compatible with all the future products using USB3 and SATA 6Gbps interface. There is also another alternative of a similar board of micro ATX form factor. That board will be great for HTPC. This board is priced more on the high side because you have all the features such as the Core unlocker and Turbo Key. Unleash the maximum performance from your processor with this motherboard.

Az AMD új 800-as lapkakészletei szép lassan átveszik a 780G, 785G és 790GX helyét. A videó fő témája az Asus M4A88TD alaplapjának - ami a megújult 880G északi és SB850 déli hídra épül - bemutatása mellett, a Windows 7 kínzása, méghozzá nem mindennapi módon..

DREAMCAST GAMES on 1080p HD- episode 1

14.58 min.

NEXT EPISODE: www.youtube.com This is a video compilation of some Sega Dreamcast games running on 1080p hd in true widescreen (when possible). The emulator is NullDC 1.0.3 played with an xbox360 controller, recorded with FRAPS. Games on this episode: Tokyo Xtreme racer 2, Shenmue, Soul Calibur, Space Channel 5 Part 2. With this Emulator it is possible to recreate true 16:9 visuals thanks to its option that enables the "extra geometry" required to fill the borders of the screen. Some games works great with this option (Space channel 5 part 2 for example) , others like Shenmue will show some graphical glitches on the right and left borders of the screen. That's not an emulator glitch, it is really the way DC calculated the non-visible graphic working in standard 4:3 screen ratio. Soul Calibur it is not compatible with this, so you'll see it running on 4:3, but still on HD. Tokyo Xtreme racer 2 does not requires the extra geometry option enabled since it natively support 16:9: all i had to do was enabling "wide tv" on the game's option menu. Finally note that some graphical glitches are present here and there, that's beacuse the emulator is still in development but allready works really great ihmo. Without the recording software enabled everything runs without any frame drop or sound clipping. My system: Asus M4a88td-v EVO/USB3, Athlon II x2 250 3780Mhz, Radeon HD 5670 850mhz 1GB ddr5, 6GB RAM dual channel DDR3 1340Mhz, HT 2520Mhz, 60GB SSD ocz vertex2+500 GB HDD Sata ...
